Our Story

Gallaghers’ excellent legal service and representation began over 40 years ago.

Since 1976, Tony Gallagher has worked at the Grafton law firm – providing legal services to the community of Grafton and the surrounding areas of the Clarence Valley. After purchasing the business himself in 1981, Tony established a solid reputation for commitment, communication, confidentiality, and courtesy for the family owned and operated firm.

Watching on as Tony built the legacy of his business, Geraldine observed the way her father established relationships with his clients; professional and compassionate when needed, but light hearted and humorous a vast majority of the time.

His personable approach and natural sense of humour unsurprisingly became his best attribute, and has given many clients confidence in Gallaghers. Tony has led the Gallaghers team to being well-prepared to manage legal matters through reliable, accessible and professional service.

The practice’s mission has always been sincere; a desire to provide all clients with the same level of commitment, due diligence, and expertise, regardless of their individual circumstances or the conditions of their case.
